Had the West treated Russia has they had Germany and Japan we would have a ally in Russia not an enemy. Our real enemy is the CCP and it would have been very wise to keep Russia out of China’s orbit.

You could blame NATO for every war in existence if you wanted to, but no European country would agree to attack Russia, which has more nukes than the US, France and the UK combined. In fact, of Europe doesn't even have a military with which to invade Russia. With the exception of Poland, most European militaries are miniscule, which even the Russians boast about.

This is simply a fact. So not only would no European country fail to veto an invasion of Russia, they would be incapable of actually persecuting that war.

Russia was a long history of being invaded from Europe so I don’t blame them for being caution. I think NATO has out lived it’s purpose and I would like to see the USA leave NATO. We need to be concerned with the CCP not the Ukraine.

Russia has a long history of trying to take over Europe and the USA, including signing a deal with Hitler to divide Europe in half, and then they still whine about Hitler's invasion of Russia as a reason why they have the right to rape little boys to death in Ukraine. When Hitler did invade, he found the largest tank army the world has ever seen, clearly intended to streamroll over ALL of Europe. Thankfully, typical Communist incompetence led to its complete destruction.
