No. This is just nonsense.

The over 90% figure is the proportion of people aged 16 and over who are vaccinated. It doesn't include children. So if a significant number of the infections are in children, that alone makes this statistical analysis so flawed as to be useless.

(Children can now be vaccinated in Australia, but they are still not being counted in these figures to maintain consistency with earlier figures).

These ridiculous conspiracy sites should embarrass anybody who takes them seriously. And if there are genuine risks, such poor quality 'research' would just make it harder for real issues to be seen.

And, for the record, they never "took our guns off us". That's another piece of crap about Australia that is spread about America.

The live science article also explains; “It's important to note that there is no way for the vaccine to cause an HIV infection, because it contains harmless fragments of the virus.”

The explanation being that the vaccine includes parts of the HIV protein, but not those identified as triggering full blown aids. The body still can produce antibodies to the proteins, triggering a false positive on tests. This being the specific reason that the totalitarian fascist Australian government cancelled 51 million doses of that batch of the vaccine.

You are so right and what everyone needs to be aware of is the misuse of numbers, which is usually an error of not putting numbers in their proper context. In the case of the report that started this post, whole numbers were used for “vaxed” and “not vaxed” cases in new Omicron infections, but the whole numbers avoided what &=% of the population they represent.

I think the more honest reporting would not have implied the “vaxed” cases were worse off, but only that they do not seem to be necessarily better off than the “not vaxed”.

But that alone is enough of a a big deal as it counters the notion that ONLY the “vaxed” are helping to stem the spread of Covid19.

99.5% of the cases being among the vaxxed is not that dramatic, for since over 83% of Australians have been vaxxed then it is not surprising that highest number of infections is among them. (only a 23% difference) Comparing the raw number of infections btwn each group is not how you determine the significance in correlation, which is by calculating the respective based upon number of infections of each group in relation to the respective number of persons in each. Meaning 160,793 infections out of the total number of vaxxed, and the number of infections among ounvaxxed out of the total number unvaxxed. Which numbers i do not see.
