I’ve never had any of it. I’m so isolated deep in mtns. And when I go to town, I wear a mask if I remember.
I do think I should get it - just to get antibodies.
If you’re sick to death of this, Florida is still an option. Things are basically mask-optional and vax-optional (on the state level) down here. I just moved here in November and have no plans to go back to my former woke commie state (Maryland), except to visit family and friends.
Here in Pensacola, some people do wear masks to the store, but I don’t.
I understand that Qtards are afflicted with it. Trust Trump's plan to get vaxxed.
Whether it's a true condition or not, nobody likes being put into a pejorative box for ease of mockery.

Alinsky Rules for Radicals #5: Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.
I have started calling them hypochondriac vaccine-junky Crazy Cat Ladies. It seems to work.
We can pit Dr. Mattias Desmet against their Dr. Bandy Lee.

They don’t care about the source because they dismiss everything.
Ridicule is ridicule. They don’t like it and I have successfully driven them to silence with it.
OMG! LOL!
What is that? I assumed church with the donation basket but seems too many kids in front wi instruments.
Seveeal posts last week on it. π
I hear you. If I ever come down that way, by then they may have the state borders sealed, and people from blue states will only be admitted if they have a formal sponsor in the state who can vouch for them.
Only kidding. No, maybe not. I don’t know...:)
Personally, I don’t give a crap if anyone wears a mask. I believe they are being worn for two reasons: people are scared, and people want to belong to that “tribe” with all the posturing, virtue signaling, and political machinations that go with that “tribe”. In many people, I believe both reasons play a role. Not all, but many.
There is no science that supports wearing masks. The authorities clearly don’t believe masks are effective (with all the contradictory statements over time) and the rules they have imposed on the citizenry are just stupid. For example, how can it be that you can only enter a restaurant with a mask, and must wear one until you are seated, then you may remove it...and be deemed “safe”?
Good gosh. So, due to the fact that you are seated breathing seat-level air (which is the same air you breathe while standing) is it anything more than a delusion to have a rule like that about mask wearing issued by the authorities, feel that they make you safer, and then to follow them willingly?
Is it really anything more than a delusion to buy into that? I find it to be a disturbing revelation about people in general (that this would go so easily with as many people as it has)
If it makes someone feel better, power to them. But it makes me angry when they want to force me to wear a mask to participate in their delusion. And it is making me even angrier that they want to force me to get an injection. I took the injection of my own free will because of the environment I work in. But forcing me to have it is something I vehemently oppose. I can see no way this is Constitutional, to force a citizen to submit to an invasive medical procedure. It really grates on me.
So when I see someone wearing a mask, I feel anger that so many people have been maliciously frightened so needlessly that they have this need to wear this thing that provides no protection. It is less like a a biological protective device and far more like a talisman that a primitive person might embrace, fight, and even die for. I feel terrible for those people who have been cowed into this farce.
And I do have a good deal of anger for the people responsible for doing this to the citizenry. I think it is cruelty, plain and simple. This isn’t Bubonic Plague or Smallpox. If it were people would CLAMOR for vaccines, masks, sorcery, you name it. But it isn’t Bubonic Plague or Smallpox. A lot of people have died, but the largest majority of those deaths they attribute to this virus did not have to happen. (and those numbers are extremely suspect to begin with)
If off-label drugs had been allowed to be freely dispensed at an early stage (in order to knock down the viral replication process and give your body a chance to kill the remaining reduced number viruses off and lessen the severity) to those who caught the virus, we would not have had the number of fatalities. But those anti-viral drugs were deliberately suppressed by the government, the media, and most disillusioningly, health care.
That has really put a sharp stick in my gut. So, as you can tell by reading this, I feel a lot of anger, which is unusual for me. I have to work my through and find a path that works for me and those I care for. It is a real challenge, but I am trying.
Anyway, thanks for that post. I was glad to hear your perspective.
I went up to Maine last year or maybe the one before (I’m losing track) and way up in Northern Maine, people didn’t care. You went into a place, some were wearing masks, some weren’t...and nobody cared.
How it should be.
Then, on the way home heading into the more populated parts of Maine (we went to Belfast, ME) and I had two women castigate me about not wearing a mask. Of course, up North you didn’t see any “In This Home We Believe” or BLM signs, but as you went South, you saw more of them, and Belfast was chock-full of those.
My entire family including me had a terrible flu-like illness at the end of 2019 and beginning of 2020. We all made it through with varying degrees of symptoms. I lost my voice entirely for a week and it took months to recover it fully. I never felt so terrible.
I think that the whole covid hysteria has been bunk especially when Easter services were cancelled in 2020. I haven’t been back to church since February 2020 after I got over my illness.
My church still wants us to mask up, social distance and refrain from singing. I have no idea when I will attend actual services. I refuse to comply with the nonsense.
Neither my husband nor I have gotten the vaccination. Nor do we plan to. I will be glad when the American people finally say enough already.
Google Dr. Mattias Desmet, a psychology professor at the University of Ghent in Belgium. The theory is his. It's been written about since about August 2021.

Doesn’t hurt to down a squirt of horse paste every few weeks. Keeps away the parasites - except for maybe Fauxci.
Karen will report that officer.
I have no doubt of it. I loved the officer...he absolutely didn’t give a damn.
