Mark Perry has struck again, finding that Ohio State University—I mean, THE Ohio State University—has a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI, but really “DIE” if you arrange the letters accurately) staff of 132, with an average salary of $77,000 and total estimated payroll cost of $13.4 million, which would cover in-state tuition for 1,120 students. Here are the first 34 officers—notice not only the salary levels but the overlapping and seemingly redundant titles:

Interesting statistics - maybe 9 out of 34 are male, the first male appears as the 11th highest salary, names tell me most of the women are POC. Seems a strange mix for a job that claims to be all about diversity & inclusion. Looks totally opposite of that, IMO...

i have never understood the latin reference when applied to hispanics(census invented name)
the spanish people, ie from spain are never referred to as latin
spanish, french, italian as well as many other languages are latin based yet those countries are never referred to as latin
