I never suggested using horse paste.
On the contrary, I think they don’t want to study it for how or when it works because they already know it does.
If they genuinely didn’t know whether it worked or not, then I’d figure they would want to know, and study it in the pursuit of knowledge and desire to actually help sick people.
The fact that they refuse to study it tells me they know it actually really does work and is very effective and that there’s no money or power to control in it.
