It is not wide spread at all. Men don't have sex with other males posing as women. Men do not date, pick up, hook up with males posing and pretending they are women. Beta males, homosexual wannabes, freaks may be pressured into sex with transgenders. But that is about. There have been several cases where a man was deceived by a "trans woman" and murdered the "trans woman" when he uncovered the deception. Telling gender-confused males that they can pass as women and date men is playing with fire.
