When lawlessness rules you will not, you cannot, find a legal remedy. You will need force backed by moral conviction to set it right.
As this breaks keen will be forced to resign or be impeached. Everyone will demand that Kamala Harris resigned as well because no one will put up with her.
There is no legal mechanism for redoing the election. The time to ferret out all of this evidence was in November and December.

Agree, but I don’t think it’s about that now with many of these State legislatures. I think they see their own demise in the cards if the election fraud that occurred in November were to turn on them next. I also believe that many of these State legislatures knew, at the very least, fraud was a possibility but didn’t mind seeing JDT lose the election.
We’d all be getting endless lectures - of how there is nothing more Important than the Integrity of our Elections, and convenience has nothing to do it, if Biden was overrun by dirty local Pols that hijacked the Election.
The Supreme Court would intervene - I have no doubt whatsoever.
The DOJ would be indicting peeps that ran this out nine months just to obfuscate.

The difference in the McSally’s Senate race officially was 78,806 votes. There are more than enough tainted ballots to reverse that result. I would start by decertifying that. It requires at least two other states to change the outcome of the presidential race, but flipping one seat changes who controls the Senate.
Pray to God that we get both. Actually there is an old USSC ruling that says that Fraud basically undoes the entire election. If that were the case then obviously there would have to be another one.
Reading the constitution and the bill of rights very carefully might also provide another constitutionally legal remedy.
