Why? Very simple.

It makes no mention of aliens. God made man, no one made aliens.
Perhaps. The scriptures also don't mention life that has been found underground, etc. I also don't believe in aliens, but I believe there could be life elsewhere. It seems illogical that God would create a dead universe.

That scripture is in OUR Bible. If He made other beings on other planets, I suppose they would have their own scriptures. If aliens exist, God created them as He created everything.
