By "people who stormed the Capital" I assume you sarcastically meant the law abiding American citizens who were invited in to see THEIR capital building by the Capitol building police. Yes, those law abiding Americans who are now being persecuted by the anti American criminal FBI.
Sounds good to me. Guy tries to hijack a car, gets shot, driver happily drives away, and the police aren’t called.
I understand the corruption of law enforcement started back in the early days of the gangs of New York, probably sooner knowing about power. Then it expanded to the wild west with Hickok (no saint), Wyatt Earp, and others.
Think about the Vendetta Ride of Wyatt and his companions. They killed anyone associated with the Clantons and Mclaurys, even with no evidence of killing Wyatt's brother. Take care.

and the victims are black
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say if police are de-funded and criminals let out of jail there will be a whole lot more crime, death and misery in the black community.
