I can’t answer your question but I can say this
A Dr from texags site died from it. He was well aware of Ivermectin, Vitamin D, etc.
i was just thinking about that. I bought it once to try it.
Ended up throwing it out after about two tries.
I loved those herrings for most of my life, but lately they just seem too sweet.
mine might have been in sour cream. seemed like there was something white with it...or maybe it was something else “weird” that is good for you that I wanted to try from some far away land
I think I may have overdone it. They sold them at Sams Club at $7.98 for the 32 ounce jar and I ate a lot of them. I'll wait a year or two and try them again.
Just tell your wife you had tuna for lunch.😎
I got hooked into sardines, herring, smoked eel etc by my Danish father in law. They grow up with that stuff and it’s a diet staple. Have to have some good cheese, sausage, bread with it plus a wash of Carlsberg beer and chilled Aquavit.
I have a tin of Crown Prince sustainably wild caught Sardines packed in Water with bone in (no salt added) every morning also. 3,775 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids.
With a fork out of the can. I am picky, however. The entire thing is supposed to be edible, but I always pick out the spine.
cod liver oil is also high in vitamin d and a..
an old school scandinavian i knew used to take a spoonful of cod liver oil everyday sometimes with a raw egg...
I love Wild Herring with my own cocktail sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
1 TBS hot horseradish (Inglehoffer cream style)
1-1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp McIlhenny Co Pepper Sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
Eat with Ritz crackers
Did somebody mention pepper sauce in relation to Scandinavians....

(And I love herring or tin fish in any form!)
I take a tablespoon of orange flavored fish oil so I don’t have to eat fish.
I eat beef so I don’t have to eat vegetables.
“Just tell your wife you had tuna for lunch.”
What if she tells you that first?

“Ice Cold in Alex - Wikipediaen
Sylvia Syms has said that the Danish beer Carlsberg was chosen because they could never have been seen to be drinking a German lager, since the United Kingdom and Germany are at war during the film. The beer referred to in the original novel is Rheingold, which, despite its German name, is American.”
So, who started/funds the “Fatty Acid Research Institute”?
I don’t doubt that there are some benefits but how do we know when the research is valid or if it’s just a business being opportunist by touting how its product “may help you beat Covid”?
I only ask because now, many commercials for cleaners that have been around for ever now tout how it “even kills the Covid virus”.
No thanks. I went to Catholic Schools. During Lent and on Fridays we had either salmon cake or fish sticks daily. Gag at the smell of either now.
