My son and his wife supported and/or voted for Biden. He’s a former anarchist, so I guess I should be happy that now he’s just a leftist. However, he must have 20 guns. I tried to tell him that if they force him to register them, it could cost him hundreds of dollars per gun, but I guess he doesn’t believe it either.

We’re in AZ and they passed legislation years ago that they’d never require registration even if Congress demanded it. Of course, watching them cave to the democrats last November doesn’t give me much confidence in their words.

Yes is there’s no denial in 3 days the ffl can transfer the weapon to you BUT it’s at their discretion. I know of many who will not transfer unless the nics check comes back approved. I think none of the big box outfits would transfer without approval.
