This is the irony... hundreds of thousands of people show up in Washington DC on January 6th to support Trump and they hardly had any troops there.
Now, only politicians and DC bureaucrats are expected to show up at Biden’s inauguration with no ordinary citizens attending, and they bring in 25,000 troops... more than the number of soldiers we have in Afghanistan.
And we are to believe that Biden has the support of the American voters?
I wonder how many armed A-10s and AC-130s they’ll have in the sky over DC for the inauguration.
So that’s how they’re gonna fill the spaces with “buyDUNG/fweedom hawiss fans” More troops that supporters. Sure looks different than January 2017.
This is all to “protect” Biden from the embarrassment of drawing a tiny crowd for his inauguration. 50 years in the senate and no real election support. Pathetic.

This is a good thing. The Democrats probably wanted to showcase this inauguration as a celebration of “Democracy for the People” but that would have been so phony. Let the people see instead that this is a takeover of a government enforced by a high security presence.
