Claim:
Watch a Dominion Representative at Gwinnett County Election Central, responsible for tabulating ballots and certifying results, download data to a USB from the Election Management Server, plug it into a laptop, manipulate the data, then palm the USB.
Reality:
You can’t determine any of that from the video so it’s BS unless you have the USB, the computer and the evidence that supports the claim.
When you can provide that evidence and corroborate the time then you have something.
No doubt there’s massive fraud but this type of youtube theories is useless.
There are at least 2 wireless networks available in that building. All require password authentication.

When I trained this year for poll challenger, the election Judge has a laptop, you give them your driver’s license, they swipe it. A file comes up called the QVF file, it’s a spreadsheet that has voters names, addresses, precinct, whether you voted absentee or not, etc.

So true. And apparently the Dominion contractors were all over the place. No doubt workers were told to cooperate with them. So I figure passwords, etc., were free and easy.

It’s not hard to set up a temporary hot spot using your own router if you have access to the internet cable. I’ve done this in hotel rooms, though it is less common these days to have access to the cable.
