107 pages? To say he’s not being charged? One side, double spaced, I hope!

Given the police protocol, it seems difficult to find negligence.

If they riot, shoot them. “Oops, I just dunno how that accidental discharge of my weapon happened! I was being so careful to not engage any of these poor, innocent, put-upon, unfairly maligned, ‘mostly peaceful’ protestors!”

It was only the third degree murder charge that was dismissed, That’s the lowest homicide charge. Still facing the remainder.

He could not be charged with both second degree murder and third degree murder for the same incident, so one had to be dismissed.

I am not a lawyer but isn’t a second degree murder charge harder to prove than a third degree murder charge? If so, could it be advantageous to the defense to have this one remain?

The third degree murder charge was dismissed. The more serious second degree murder was not.

If they were going for a conviction, that was not a good move.

We cannot let riots interfere with the facts of the case. Incidentally, these police methods are the result of careful deliberation, probably over years of trial and error. As it wasn't the knee to the neck that killed the counterfeiter, the riots will be particularly egregious.

One guy says the riots will help Trump. I hope so
