CBS News Elections Director Anthony Salvanto has the best gig in the world. He can end up horribly WRONG in his election predictions as happened in 2016 and not only keep his job but, as you can see, CBS News anchors continue to turn to him for his predictions despite his laughable track record.
So what's your secret, Anthony? Many workers who are failing at their jobs would like your advice on how to not only keep their jobs but earn the respect of their peers as well.

Salvanto can only be fired if he predicts a Trump win. Oh, and even if that turns out to be correct, he should not expect to be rehired. The only way to maintain his job security at See-BS is to predict a Biden victory even if he is as horribly wrong as in 2016.
