She is obviously signaling the anti-Constitution, anti-Deplorables deep state. Her message: Step up the attacks on Trump and the Deplorables.
Earlier this year a Fox reporter asked her if she hated Trump. Nancy got all indignant saying she was raised a Catholic and didn’t hate. It sure seems she hates a lot to me.
If Pelosi thinks that, then there are many,many “enemies of the state”.
