Fauci and gang know full well that HCQ could have stopped this “pandemic” before it even started. Fauci has his name on a paper that touted its efficacy against coronaviruses in 2005.
And Trump kind of pushing it is far too little as long as he’s had the whole Big PHarma mafia promoted daily and in charge at the federal level.
Trump gave in to some very poor advice early on and he and the country haven’t recovered. Which is very important, given that Trump is by far the best option we have.

The states have rights. That’s how the founding fathers set things up. It’s the states who are banning use of it but not all states. Here in MO, they recommend that doctors not prescribe it and that pharmacists don’t fill prescriptions willy nilly but they’re not banning it. Find the right doctor who knows the pharmacist will respect the doctor’s decision and it can be done. Many other states are the same.

FYI the FDA revoked it’s approval of HCQ on June 15, 2020 as an EUA for the treatment of COVID-19.
That makes it completely approved for off-label use, which is the same as it was before the FDA put it effectively “on label.”
How can they do this when this treatment is BANNED? Please explain how you are so blind to the facts. This is no longer a political football. It is a life and death issue. Trump has allowed Fauci the microphone and the stage to sell his poisonous lies about HCQ. I hold Trump accountable for continuing to let this fester as Americans are being sentenced to death. He can sign an executive order TODAY allowing patients to access the treatment of their choice, including HCQ. He can have a press conference TODAY, firing Fauci and appointing truthful representatives of the medical community to address this. TODAY. TODAY. TODAY. Why the wait?

I saw when Trump touted the drug. Since then, all I have seen is Fauci, the CDC, the FDA, Democrat governors, and the news media do everything they can to keep it from being used. It has proven its worth in fighting this virus, a virus that has the entire nation on hold, needlessly. Trump is President of this entire nation. It is a national crisis. His primary job as President is to protect American citizens when they are under attack. Trump needs to do HIS job and not worry about the political blow back. Do it. Save lives by the thousands. End the need for all of the mandates destroying the nation he leads. The only ones who would complain are going to be seen as the threats they represent to our nation. Do it. Letting his opponents kill Americans to score political points is not the solution. Saving American lives by removing the unconstitutional roadblocks set up by his opponents to the use of this treatment fixes EVERYTHING.
The federal government did not ban its use. That is up to the states.
It is freely available in all states without stupid governors. Go to a state that didn’t ban it in some form and stop berating Trump for their sins. He also can’t die to address their sins.

Yes, there is a state by state component here. There is also a national component in the name of the CDC, FDA, and whatever lies are allowed to flow from Fauci whenever he opens his deceitful mouth. Trump can remove the roadblock at the national level which gives states cover to act like they care. They know they can say it isn't being banned at the state level knowing full well that the pressure from the top of the national medical chain is to keep it from being used.
