Ya think? The elected officials of each city are responsible. And that makes the voters responsible - for the past, present and future.

Whatcha gonna do, voters?

They will gladly explain that it depends on what the meaning of “fail” is.

He’s right. But I’m concerned about the overall messaging and PR from the GOP side.

I think they need to be much more direct and logical, such as “why should citizens of Florida, Texas, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania etc pay taxes for generations to come in order to bail out the failed fiscal policies implemented in Chicago, New York and California? They shouldn’t have to.”

Yes, these mayors and city/state government should be held accountable, but it’s not really the job of the Senate to hold them accountable. It is the job of the Senate to pass legislation, and bills that allow these fiefdoms to continue on their reckless patterns without reform are simply not fair to the American taxpayer.

They haven’t ‘failed.’ The Socialist Democrats knew what they wanted to do all along.

Create a big dung heap with them on top of it, but behind gates, with police protection and with all of the cash!

Rand is right.

But I’ve been saying for a while that the ‘left’ those who are victims of this failed Democrat policies cannot see it.

The education system and the race hustlers have literally blinded them to the truth of Liberty and Freedom.

When I hear someone whining about systemic racism it is often because they are indeed trapped in the Democrat/Progressive system. And frankly, no they don’t know how to get out of it.

We say there’s no systemic issue, but the reality is ...very obviously...with these cities a systemic issue. But in order to fix these issues, we have to break the current strangulation hold on the people.

And in order to do that, Republicans have to put forth a better way knowing we’re up against 50 years of progressive, oppressive, group think. I frankly don’t believe we’re up to that task.

In the entire English language, there is no more meaningless term than “hold ___ accountable”.

Well, yeah... I’d say up to and including criminal liability for aiding and abetting, and personal financial liability.

Not that I’m going to hold my breath. The Plutocracy protects its own as long as they aren’t too embarrassing to the Cause.

That’s up to the voters in those cities. The majority of them may agree with what their leaders are doing.

Problem is, democrat voters are apparently fine with these dirtbags.

They keep voting them back in and making the sh*tholes grow.

Now that’s an agenda Mr. Rand should focus on. Still as difficult as his favorite topic, but much more useful at this time.

One thing at a time. Get the ship back on course, and then start chipping away at the fundamentals.

Good for him!
