There is always police protection all around Trump Tower from Madison to Fifth. If they gather in the street, traffic on Fifth Avenue will mow them down. Tiffany next door is under construction with entry on 57th St. only so that area is blocked off. Bergdorf Goodman and boutiques on 57th St. like Chanel and YSL are not going to let Antifa set up camp in front of their store windows.
Trump doesn’t live in Trump Tower anymore. He could simply sell Trump Tower and move on. New York City is not a great place for business right now.
Tiffany’s (the jewelry store) is next door to Trump Tower.
Doubtless many will wear masks, but not all, and people have a hard time doing any physical work with the mask on. And I think there may be other tips as to individual identity of perps. So, they have something to be concerned about.

The terms of the Law are irrelevant if those charged with its enforcement don’t enforce it or do promote contravention of it. In New York and Chicago and the Democrat cities and states the Law is a tool of the ruling class to be used as the rulers see fit.
What it needs is some Trump Tower residents with paint filled ballons to toss them out their windows.
“Facial” recognition software AI deals with the whole body including gait, hand positions, total aspect. A mask is not usually sufficient. Even without AI it can be done. Remember that teacher who clocked the anti protester with a bike lock a couple years ago? It was on line people who deconstructed the video of the masked guy and identified him and got him arrested.
And the local bat sheet cray cray Dane county Dept ofhealth just issued a mask decree.
They will try to extend this to Nov5th. Then of course demand that everyone in this county vote via mail in ballots... same with Milwaukeestan I’m sure.
