Haha! I’ve not had to point a gun at a human for a really long time. But, I try to keep my skills up in the range. That is where the red dot doing the boogie embarrasses me.

Appreciate the advice for the compressed position. I am very aware of my lack of hand fighting skills and that is an additional reason for a stubby revolver.

I do have a Walther p22 which is a much cooler gun and higher capacity, but if I am in an extended gunfight, I’m screwed anyway.

Such a nice Gun. I got a special edition model, as a gift, from the Ruger estate when I purchased a couple hundred acres of land they held.

I have read that the average number of shots fired by a non-LEO in a defensive gunfight is 1.6 -- sure there are some wild scenarios, but that is where thinking ahead will help.

No need to feel short on ammo with 5.
