Agreed.... plus there are other charges that should be thrown at them as well. And one more thing.... wearing masks in public when the intent is to hide your identity during a criminal act should double the fines and punishment.
Good luck with that. Now if it had been the driver of the vehicle who shot the rioter, he would already be in jail.
At one time those were considered to be criminal acts. And "protests" consisted of expressing an opinion. Not shooting someone or destroying their property and maiming them.All under Police protection.

The two previous arrests, Jesse Taggart and Samantha Darling, were both Black Lives Matter supporters, per Andy Ngo: Jesse Taggart, 33, a BLM activist, has been arrested for allegedly shooting a driver at a BLM riot in Provo, Utah. Taggar’s social media is filled w/ BLM content. He’s been charged w/attempted aggravated murder, aggravated assault, rioting, firing a weapon near a highway & more. . .Samantha Darling, 27, of Ogden, Utah, was arrested at the Black Lives Matter riot in Provo. Samantha Darling’s [of deadly Utah riot fame] social media pages link to numerous groups including Sullivan’s InsurgenceUSA. Sullivan was at the capitol in DC on Jan 6 [and one story placed him there as a visitor on the previous day, but I don’t know if that story was accurate.]
