I don’t think it is Deep State. It is our government’s policy. We vilify Russia while our military has ongoing provocative actions on Russia’s borders.
The US will try and fail. I guess they want to bring grooming oriented Drag Queen Story Hour to Russia, children’s books glorifying deviant lifestyles, religious cult quackery.
What was it US Secretary of State Pompeo said about the “glory of the American Experiment”?
Right now, it feels like a lab experiment gone bad.
