Er, the Supreme Court ruled in Trump’s favor yesterday.
I remember watching Roberts’ confirmation. He was brilliant and made Biden look like a fool. He answered with case studies after studies without even a reference in hand. He pictured himself as an originalist. Now, I do believe he is more interested in court balance and reputation than the truth or the Constitution. What a shame.
Until Ginsburg retires. She is probably holding off til next year hoping Biden gets elected.
Roberts is compromised, IMO. I think he is generally conservative, but there’s something there pushing him in the wrong direction.

It could happen. Precious Johnny sometimes takes mysterious trips to Valletta without his instant 'family'. Clearly Precious Johnny has some sort of business requiring face to face engagement in a venue where an invisible profile is part of the package. Malta? Perfect.
