During a fundraiser on Tuesday with Barack Obama, Joe Biden claimed he watched Bull Connor sic the dogs on demonstrators in Birmingham, Alabama when he was in grade school. Okay, that took place in April and May of 1963 when Biden was twenty years old. What happened Joe? Did you flunk about 8 grades in order to be such an old grade schooler. Also since Biden's family moved to Delaware in 1953, he could not have seen Bull Connor in action in Scranton, Pennsylvania as he claimed.
Therefore, Joe's story about watching Bull sounds like... BULL.

Hey! Go easy on Joe. Maybe he’s simply trying to curry favor with the illegal alien and refugee crowd...many of whom claim to be far younger than they actually are to get better benefits and access to young schoolgirls.
Biden also refers to the dogs being used on “elderly women”. I do not recall that being the case. I know kids were used, but I think that is another Biden lie.
Joe says a lot of things every day around sundown. Sometimes hits the caregivers too at that time. Especially if he didn’t eat all the applesauce earlier.
Perhaps he has been suffering dementia for decades, and no one noticed. 8>)

After listening to Biden speak, it is totally believable he was 20 years old while in elementary school
I don't think they'll even be that sneaky about it, especially if Biden keeps showing signs of mental decline or just totally falls apart during the debates. They will come right out and say, "You may be marking the ballot for Biden on November 3rd, but don't worry about Biden's mental state, you are really voting for Harris/Rice/Abrams. The important thing is we beat Trump, the name at the top of the ticket is irrelevant."
First tell tale warning of an imminent media turn on Dementia Joe came this afternoon with a column by NYTimes Maggie Habermand challenging him as “not the best choice for the Dems”. This will start the floodgates.

My Father began to decline around age 88. He was aware of it but tried to hide it.
Oddly, he would remember things from WWII but forget that he was in a nursing home.
That’s like Hillary claiming she was named after Edmund Hillary who first climbed Everest when she was six.
