I’m guessing whoever found it cut it down, because they were offended.

This led to the multiple stories with differing locations for the “noose”.

If we had known from the start that the noose was “tied into the pull rope”, it would have been immediately questioned as “could it have been just a loop”?

See, that was what they were investigating, whether someone who made the loop in the pull rope made it LOOK LIKE A NOOSE just because a black driver was in the stall.

Therefore, it was critically important that they found a picture of the stall from 2019 with the noose already tied. So it wasn’t tied because he was in there.

And I've yet to see any news report that says that. They just say it's been there since last October and then offer no more details.

To also say such "nooses" are on other garage doors would make everyone involved look really stupid. I think they're intentionally avoiding that little detail, if it is in fact true and it probably is.
