There was a report of “multiple nooses” hanging in a park in Oakland. It turns out that the “nooses” were simply ropes hung from trees that some guy put up to climb as part of his exercize routine.

NASCAR also in on this scam, they had to be. ALL of them know these things hang on the doors. A conservative online site reported about these so-called nooses that are commonly hanging on the garage doors. Why didn’t NASCAR know? Why didn’t other speak up and say it?
