When they looted Bellevue Square, the mayor of Bellevue who appears to be a sane person, requested Governor Dimslee to activate the National Guard and the rebellion was put down.
Bellevue is by far a more orderly city than Seattle, although they are both in King County.
People in the comments line of the live streaming, were telling about the man in the photo as the same one who was in a confrontation earlier. The photo was him in the earlier confrontation. They recognized him, in the blue van, as he was doing a drive-by, shooting at the victims.
