The only way to fix the problem is take over the school system....Start in preschool. and add a year til you get through high school..hire great teachers with great discipline

Maybe start a FDR type conservation corps...make them work half a day and education the other half and job training...and send them to midsize cities with a mentor program...Catholic charities and others..
Don’t include Catholic charities. They are too busy pushing illegals down our throats
No the problem is not an educational one.
It’s a moral one.
Improving the school system might help some, but unless and u til there’s a moral turnaround this country is doomed, no matter what color.
