He will claim of course that he is an artist and his performance was harsh satire for his audience to confront their own racism. He, himself of course is not a racist but he freely acknowledges his white privlidge. The flight had jut taken off from one of the DC airports and failed to gain altitude and crashed a couple of minutes after takeoff.The news coverage was amazing...and very disturbing.
The next day Howard Stern called that airline's reservation number...*on the air*...and asked the agent how much a ticket would cost from Dulles Airport to the Potomac River.
If that doesn't show him to be a filthy,amoral punk I don't know what would!

Well, he was funny once, after a day at work, we would listen to him riding home for 2 hrs on the 32 mile expressway. Its good to laugh when you are stuck in traffic.
It was a big thing years ago, I have a vhs tape of it somewhere. Worst thing about it was, it really sucked and wasn’t funny. He promoted it like crazy, of course and it was a low production value rip off.
I grew out of Stern about 20 years ago.
However, oddly enough his was the best live coverage of 9/11 because unlike the other “news” people he wasn’t afraid to tell the truth. I remember so clearly Stern saying “You know that second building is coming down next”.
Overall, Howard Stern is not a nice person.
He’ll be excused for this transgression because he is openly supporting Biden.
The only people I ever met that thought he was funny were stoners.
