Did you hear Rush's first 20 minutes today? Rush gave an update on his health and treatments. He was vague and cryptic and it sounded to me like he's setting us up for his eventual demise. But that's just my take on it. God Bless Rush and Catherine. I hope and pray that he pulls through but a stage 4 lung cancer diagnosis is almost always a death sentence. But I'm holding out hope that he does beat this. After all I had expected Alex Trebek to be gone by now after his stage 4 pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Ive known several people in my life that passed quickly after such a diagnosis. Prayers for Rush and Catherine.

Most of all, he is the voice of reasonable, mature thinking people who are too often dismissed by the media and,sadly, our social circles.

Spontaneous cure! And yes, miracles sometimes do happen. I have prayed for a miracle healing for a number of good friends and relatives. Some had much longer survival rates than predicted, but so far all have gone on to their reward. I still have hope for a miracle for several people though.
I took that, too. “... as long as I can” doesn’t sound like there is optimism as to outcome.
Noticed that too. Where two or more are gathered.......praying for Rush and Catherine every day.
He sounded bad at first on his show, but once he got rolling, it is classic Rush. He is doing what he loves to do.

Catherine? Wasn’t she on the verge of divorcing Rush before his admission about cancer?

My Grandfather,President Reagan and Rush Limbaugh shaped who I am as an American.
My brother lived for 40 months after being diagnosed with inoperable pancreatic cancer. Worked every day up to one week before he passed at age 58. Toughest guy you would ever meet.
Prayers for him every day and another one just now.
I thought maybe he was going to tell us today he was retiring from the show. My mother died from lung cancer, it was not pretty. However, she stopped the chemo after two or three treatments, it was just too tough.
Amen. His will be done!

I hadn’t heard that, but Catherine is the closest person to Rush at this time. Even if they were going through a rough patch, she hurts as well. She is all he has and for those reasons I’ll pray for her.
Let's make her a saint until she proves she isn't one........Sheesh!
