It was all planned. The police showed up with the health inspectors after the gym closed. They never went inside and planted the signs.

My wife is at her gym right now, but that’s in Colorado where people are more sane apparently, even with a Dem governor.
We are lucky. Our county has recorded 53 cases, no hospital beds used, no deaths, and 53 recovered. We must be the most healthy people in the USA. They are telling us to stay within 10 miles of home but everyone is ignoring that too.

Having been in the insurance restoration business, if it is a sewer backup, the city will have to pay for the damages.
How did the city know there was a sewer backup, especially if they didn’t go inside the facility? did any of the other businesses have sewer backups? If not, it is clearly sabotage by the city. This is not going to go well for the city.
An angry employee can’t cause a sewer backup. Maybe plug up a drain, but not a sewer backup.
