Trump was warned months ago about Fauci. To have remained part of the daily charade, Fauci must have “pictures.”
No, I think it’s that Trump is a famous germophobe and they exploited this. He probably really thought we were all gonna die.
He could have shut things down for 2 weeks to “flatten the curve” and then moved ahead, and we’d all be fine. But his decision to extend everything was based entirely on (long-time Dem) Fauci’s hysteria, and this is what let the governors take off.
If there’s any way he can walk this back he needs to do it. The Dems are gong to hate him and call him a granny killer no matter what he does and he’s got to stop thinking about himself and just go ahead with what is right for Americans.
They’d do all that even if he saved Ruth Buzzy Ginsberg’s life via mouth to mouth resuscitation.
