FNC's Bill Hemmer repeatedly asked DNC Communications Director Xochitl Hinojosa why Joe Biden's name appears on a recently declassified list of Obama administration officials who asked to "unmask" the name of then-incoming National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

XOCHITL HINOJOSA, DNC: First of all, this is a distraction. All you are having Republicans do right now is distract from the fact that they continue to politicize the Justice Department. I'm someone who worked there and I understand the dependence of the justice Department and yet you have thousands of justice Department employees that reacted to the Michael Flynn news and what we want to see is making sure that the independent returns to the Justice Department. Also, unmasking, unmasking is just something that you are looking to see more intelligence. It is not scandalous in any way. Frankly, this is going to backfire on Republicans because it just shows how serious Michael Flynn was and his conversations with the Russians. So republicans can try to use this to play political football. But in reality, this will backfire.BILL HEMMER: Is it a crime to talk to other countries during that period?

Frankly, this is all Dems can push their spin right now. A "Conspiracy Theory", even though it is beyond a theory, there are proof (and more coming out) that a conspiracy existed, perpetrated by Obama AND Obama henchmen/women against a US president.

I can’t remember the last time I turned off an interview solely because of the person’s voice. I don’t even know what she was talking about, all I heard was screaming weasels on fire.

Unfortunately, I don’t think she or her Dems have a lot to be worried about. I hear a lot of republicans talking about who asked for what, or who accepted what data. That’s a long ride from actually bringing charges and indicting someone for a crime. I do hope to be proven wrong. If they plan to take it the next level, then don’t wait too long. We are about to enter the Summer Convention seasons.
Ever since I heard that McCabe was NOT going to be prosecuted, I lost a lot of faith in this group of white house lawyers to bring the hammer down. And I don’t mean another ‘sternly worded note to ‘whom it may concern’.
Xochitl, it’s not the thousands of DOJ employees you need to worry about. It’s the tens of million American who believe that the DOJ has not only violated Americans’ Constitutional Rights but also have committed crimes.
