Joe is being allowed to crash and burn repeatedly by his own team. That team has to by necessity include his wife.

My theory is that the technical glitches are intentional. That way the articles are talking about how his campaign is “mired in technical problems” rather than noticing that Biden is no longer capable of speaking coherently.

No, the Biden campaign did not release the video in the OP, amusing as it may have been.
Admittedly, it was seriously bad. First there is a minute of bad music to wait through, then a woman who is clearly reading her speech, and reading it badly. Then a bunch of people talking interspersed with pics of Biden gladhanding, then *finally* Biden (after 22 mins, most of which I skipped).
So don’t fall for the video above. That’s how we get in trouble. Some Dem operative probably put it up for that very purpose.
