Depends on what your goal is - if you’re looking for total eradication from the face of the earth, you’re likely in for a very, very long wait.
If the goal is getting things into manageable control, the dates will vary depending on location - but significantly shorter than the 12th Of Never.

Look, nobody is stopping you from hiding under you bed for the rest of your life if that is how you want to lead your life.
But don’t tell other people and other states that want to open up, how to lead their lives. If New York State wants to permanently ruin their economy with crippling shutdowns, be my guest. Sane states like Goregia, South Dakota, Texas will happily rev up their economies, go to the park with their families, go boating and lead nornal happy lives. Nobody is waiting for Fourth if July to start living again. However feel free to put you life on hold if you want.

I’m all for opening up as soon as places can.
And many can over the next few weeks.
I expect *the whole country* to be able to open by the Fourth.
