Leary of the coronavirus, some people are avoiding eating in Chinese restaurants. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has branded people who do this "racists." She, herself, doesn't eat in Chinese restaurants, but insisted "I'm not racist because only whites can be racist."

"Actually, it would be cultural inappropriate for me, a person of Puerto Rican descent, to eat Chinese food," she maintained. "I only eat Puerto Rican food, as is appropriate for a person of my racial background."

Damn, the headline made me think she almost had a moment of sanity..but hell no she is still dumb as a box of rocks. Saturday my daughter went grocery shopping, because Friday was her payday. People had emptied out the grocery store panic buying. So she went to H Mart an Asian market, she noticed the parking lot was nearly empty. She thought they must be sold out too. They had everything? The manager told her people are not coming to their store because they associate Wuhan virus with Asians. My daughter was able to get everything she needed. Ignorant asshats think some Asian who has never been to China, lives in the USA, is some how genetically predisposed to COVID-19. There must be a lot of AOC types where she lives.

I go to the local Chinese take out. Nice guy owns it. I occasionally meet him in costco. He’s been here for decades. I won’t sit down in a crowded restaurant at this time. That is dangerous.

Right now, people aren't eating at any restaurants, for fear of the Wuhan flu. It isn't racism, it is self-interest.
