Ultraconservative Justices Support Abortion

The 14th Amendment requires states to guarantee "the equal protection of the laws." Unfortunately ultraconservative Supreme Court justices such as Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg don’t believe states should be allowed to protect women from unsafely operated abortion clinics. Supreme Court justices are considering Louisiana's Unsafe Abortion Protection Act, which requires that abortionists in the state have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the facility.

Yes, I said "ultraconservative". I know people such as Ginsburg like to call themselves "liberals", but their attitude to abortion regulations is closer to "ultraconservative" than to "liberal". During the last century "liberals" have attempted to enact regulations to protect individuals from unsafe, unfair, etc. business practices. "Ultraconservatives" have attempted to prevent such regulations or ask the Supreme Court to overturn them.

The ultraconservatives who oppose abortion regulations are like the ultraconservatives who opposed regulations to protect employees from unsafe working conditions a century ago. The probusiness ultraconservative justices oppose any attempt to regulate abortions like probusiness ultraconservative justices a century ago opposed any attempt to regulate working conditions

Ultraconservatives like abortions because abortions reduce the surplus population: The deaths of women from abortions also reduce the surplus population

Scrooge would support abortion

Probably, though it would be pre-Spirt. "If they would rather die," said Scrooge, "they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population."

Post-Spirits his outlook was far more tolerant.

The author is spot on. Attempting to protect mothers and babies from unsafe practices is progressive in nature. The real ultra-conservatives now are the “liberals” who want to protect the status quo of abortion on demand and contraception.

That’s just typical leftist jibberish and gobblydaguck. I don’t even know if thats a real word but for some reason it seems appropriate.

From Bing:

“Requiring admitting privileges ensures that abortion doctors are vetted by their peers”

Well, I’m no lefty and I’m no ideolog. The status quo is crazy. So you might want to consider dropping the conservative tag since William Crystal and the neo cons hate TRump and consider perhaps going with Restorative instead.

Language is supposed to have meaning. When we use it, we should say precisely and unambiguously what we mean.

If we take all adjectives, like liberal, conservative, ultra-(fill in the blank), and throw them around arbitrarily, we had just as well throw them all into a blender and get linguistic mush.

Trying to shock the balls off all of us by calling Ginsburg ultraconservative is an exercise in illiteracy. Sorry.

Also, I can’t stand the sight of that beta male Bill Kristol, he’s a complete elitist scumbag, the very kind of person we don’t want leading our movement.

The 14th Amendment requires states to guarantee “the equal protection of the laws.

It removes the right of the man to any say so or claims in the death or birth....

Unfortunately ultraconservative evil Supreme Court justices such as Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg

There, fixed it. One's morality supersedes one's political label. It is murder. Murder is amoral. Those that intentionally and repeatedly murder or support murder are evil. There is not even a recognition of wrong doing, let alone contrition.

Using the associative property of politics, all Democrats are evil because they either support abortion or support other Democrats that support abortion. Using the distributive property of politics, people like Romney are evil, since the views of Rats have been distributed to them, thus rendering them RINOs. The proof for this property relies on support for Democrats and not Republicans. A corollary provides the RINO moniker, since 'Republican' becomes only a label, not a moral value. It can also be used to prove that morals supercede political labels.

Obviously, I have too much time on my hands.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is anything but ultraconservative. She is the consummate liberal with regard to all issues.
