I have never spent a penny on amazon so I don’t care what they do with their trucks.
What language is this?
Bringing power units to shipping "relationships"?
Yet here you are spending time telling us that.
Upshot: the totality of the shipping industry is incapable of keeping up with Amazons delivery needs.
How is that going to work when diesel fuel is no longer available when the "sustainable" Green Revolution kicks in....?
What is a “power unit?” A watt, a volt, what?
Yup, there is virtue signaling on our side too.
I could use a few “jewels.” :)
No idea what a “power unit” is. Perhaps the front part of a truck???
That answer ergs me.
Virulent monopoly....
suck that community dry
Weird headline. Power unit purchases. I briefly wondered if they planned to start generating their own electricity.
Does that mean we are all going to replace the Watt with the Amazon or the Prime? They have a lot of power, indeed, to pull that off.
...but it could be obscurese for anything.
Note to the editors of the OED, AFAIK, this is the first use of the word obscurese, meaning a language intended to obscure, rather than to illuminate.
I enjoy informing people that I have never spent a penny on amazon and yet somehow I survive.
Then you must dyne alone your most honorable Nullness. May the Void be at your side.
Our family alone must make up for ten of yours.
I love it. I rarely have to set foot in a store, I dont have to drive all over town, what I need is in stock, the selection is a hundred times better than any store, and it usually arrives in a day or two.
I just went to Home Depot and Lowes to buy some garage Gladiator storage things. They were in the stores a couple weeks ago, but are no longer in either store. Did the purchase on Amazon last night.
Rolling, rolling, rolling; keep them power units rolling. Amazon Prime! Head em up, move em out, Amazon Prime.
