It’s complicated ( one reason I have a job). The EKG can show MI before the enzymes rise, a classic ST elevation MI. Other times the enzymes start to rise without EKG changes what’s known as an NSTEMI, non ST elevation MI. The key is a high index of suspicion in the right clinical setting..
I’m in far better shape, too, 8 years after I got my stent. But again, I was 23 years younger than The Commie when I had my surgery.
At age 73, my Mom had exactly the same artery clogged, and the attempt to insert a stent into it failed. She died a day later.
Age matters.
Sorry, but that's not true. The pain comes from the heart not getting enough oxygen via the blood supply. A heart attack is when the heart muscle is starved for oxygen to the point that part of the muscle actually dies. A stent can prevent a heart attack.
Regardless scenting stenting is no joke in someone his age.
I had a stent put in (age 80) in January of this year.
No heart attack just the pressure over my left chest like a horse was standing on it. Which disappeared by the time I came home that afternoon post stent. I did not have a heart attack.
I feel better everyday.
2 friends the same age decided against a stent and had heart attacks and then stents.

As much as I hate to admit it, it does seem like Hillary was in the race all along, but the RNC doesn’t want to put her out front until the convention. After no one eclipses the votes necessary to win the nomination, Hillary will be introduced as the reluctant warrior, and this will be her gutsiest move ever.

Truer words were never spoken. The Democrats didn’t like Bush, or Romney. But they hate Trump (obviously). So they will see voter fraud not as a sleazy crime, but as a great crusade. They will go all out. And that’s why I don’t see a Trump landslide in 2020.

This shows how much of a disaster the Democrat Party has become. They get 20 people to run, and the voters don’t really seem to like any of them. Looks like Warren will win this war of attrition before the primary season even starts. I’ve never seen a party in this bad of shape.

I think the point is a person can have heart attack symptoms, but if there is no tissue damage then they can have a complete recovery after treatment.
Getting a stent put in is serious. But it is fairly non-invasive. He could be up and about in a week. He could be back to 110% of where he WAS in a month.
He is far from out.

Most anyone his age presenting with those symptoms is going to the catch lab. Period.
The challenge that they have is that if you look at the areas that they can get away with wholesale voter fraud, like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York City, Boston, Seattle, Portland, etc... they are mostly in areas that that they have been cheating for decades already and because of how the electoral college they can mostly only nudge a close race into their column. So they are relying on their media lapdogs, Hollywood, Google, and Facebook but these assets have been used so much that they do not have quite the impact that they once did. What they have left is the alien invader vote, but this too is mostly concentrated in certain areas as well. So the Democrats have got a challenge cheating themselves to victory in the presidential race.
The real problem is all the populous cheater districts represented in the House. President Trump is going to have a challenge getting anything done in his second term if the majority is somehow lost in the Senate and the house maintains its Rat advantage.
