Trump's Either Telling Us We Have Superweapons More Powerful Than Nukes...
Jalopnik ^ | September 16, 2019 | Kyle Mizokami

Twice in the last month, the President of the United States has claimed that the Pentagon has weapons even more powerful than nuclear weapons, with the ability to easily kill millions. He is either bluffing, confused, or is incapable of understanding the difference between conventional and nuclear weapons.

President Donald Trump made the claim during remarks to commemorate the 18th anniversary of the September 11th attacks in New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania.

According to The Washington Post, Trump told an audience, emphasis mine:

“The last four days, we have hit our enemy harder than they have ever been hit before, and that will continue,” Trump said, apparently referring to the Afghanistan war and drawing applause from the crowd. “And if for any reason they come back to our country, we will go wherever they are and use power the likes of which the United States has never used before — and I’m not even talking about nuclear power. They will never have seen anything like what will happen to them.”

Sounds like Israel was getting rid of their trash. Yea, that must be it!

“There are other weapons besides nukes that can kill millions, even if indirectly.”

FAE’s for one. Set one off at the next Mullah funeral. No environmental mess and no radioactive fallout.

Ebola for another. Drop a vial in the market in Gaza before Friday evening prayers. Seal all access gates to Egypt and Israel.

Off the top of my head, those are two.

“Rods from God.

Is there seriously anyone who hasn’t assumed that we have had those since Reagan?”

We don’t. One big problem with them is there’s no way to guide them as precision weapons. They wouldn’t have anything comparable to nuclear weapon power.

DJT was referring to new and improved conventional weapons. The Jalopnik author has a reading comprehension problem, there was no claim of something “more powerful than nukes”.

There is reason to suspect that such things do exist. Back in the eighties, IIRC, both Reagan and Gorbachev on separate occasions expressed their concern over new weapons vastly more powerful than neuclear weapons. If I had to guess, I would think they had something to do with multiple directed energy fields of some type that could be remotely “tuned” to a certain location and devistate it. But that’s just my wild guess.

“...use power the likes of which the United States has never used before — and I’m not even talking about nuclear power...”

Maybe I can help.

NON-nuclear “power” never before used by the U.S.

You bring up H bombs, “hydrogen bombs...which we’ve never used.” Depends on how you define “used”.

“The United States conducted the first H-bomb test in 1952 in the Pacific”

So, I would conclude that Trump is stating that the U.S. has a “power” (he didn’t say “weapon”) more powerful than an H bomb.

I believe him. I TRUST Trump 100%.

“You mean knock them back to the Iran Age?”

I interpret it as “knocking them up to them up to the Iran Age.”

"Does this guy think the Soviet Union just folded up their tents because they couldn't keep up with us in automobile design and production?"

These morons are too stupid to understand that Trump is talking about ECONOMIC super-weapons....they only understand military weaponry.

Drop 500,000 tons of relatively weak stuff on the ground and, yes, much of it will be pulverized into fine dust.

To say nothing about what kind of intel was collected when Iran was expecting him to attack them last month when they mined that oil tanker and he used a cyber attack instead. You know cyber command was snooping big time when Iran had all their systems up and live. Any more, warfare does not always have to go “boom” to make things extremely uncomfortable for the recipient.

Do yourself a favor and watch the video of the building materials turning to dust as they fall. IF so much mass hit the parking decks of the buildings, the crushing would have destroyed the parking layers and ruptured the bathtub so the Hudson River would rush into the tunnels under Manhattan. Watch the video evidence and open your mind to what is happening right before your eyes! The establishment explanation ios a great lie not supported by the visual evidence. Whjy would ‘they’ lie so forcefully right from the beginning even before the forensic work began, while the event was still unfolding live on TV?

Jumping from “i don’t instantly understand this mundane occurrence within a complex event” to “therefore you’re buying into lies” is a sure sign of cognitive dissonance.

The things we don’t know

do a Bing search on our President’s uncle, John G. Trump, and ponder whether the old man didn’t let slip a few things RE: our ability to destroy the threat of the day - the soviets.

Like basic physics and newtons laws...please go back to school. You will find that the rail gun works great anchored to the Earth. We don't have them on orbit and they make no sense there. Basic physics.

“The atmosphere slows and oblates all those rocks (meteors).”

That friction from air resistance is what will establish an objects terminal velocity, depending on the objects cross section and “slipperiness” of its surface. Otherwise, gravity would continue to accelerate a falling object.

I wonder what the theoretical maximum speed would be for an object with the optimum needle shape, with the best possible coating? If its incremental drag were less than its incremental gravitational acceleration, it might continue to speed up.

Paradoxically, even as weapons become more potent, military training, doctrine, logistics, and troop quality often have a still greater influence on who wins and loses. As the long-reigning superpower, the US has hard-earned confidence in our ability and determination to win even when the enemy has the numerical advantage. When US ground forces show up, they are ready and eager to fight.
