The dual justice system is still alive and well
Canada Free Press ^ | 08/04/19 | Charles Wills

Obama administration weaponized government agencies for political purposes, abused their power, and misused the justice system

Was anybody surprised when the Department of Justice announced they were not going to prosecute James Comey for leaking confidential documents? What was the underlying excuse for not prosecuting Comey? According to the Washington Examiner, “Justice Department prosecutors declined to go after Comey because of a lack of evidence Comey ‘intentionally’ violated the law….”

That “intent” thing sure sounds familiar. Hillary broke the law and Comey refused to prosecute her because she didn’t intend to break the law. This time Comey broke the law and Justice Department lawyers are refusing to prosecute him because he didn’t intend to break the law. Translation: Comey can’t be prosecuted because he’s above the law. Funny thing though, intent is not a consideration when prosecuting people outside of the swamp. None of Mueller’s victims got off on intent.

Back in the 70s, I had a not-so-bright friend in college who believed that the justice system could not legally convict someone unless that person confessed (probably learned this from Perry Mason TV shows, or something).

He felt that he could do anything and NEVER go to jail, because he would simply refuse to confess.

A silly idea. Although, today, for a certain class of people, it almost seems true. “Did you intend to break the law?” “Why golly, no. I sure did not intend that!” “Then I cannot hold you. Have a nice day.”

Wait and see, later on,, Barr will make some kind of excuse not prosecute Hillary or any other of the coup’s participants. He will keep stringing it out until 2019 is over and 2020 will be almost over. No one will get prosecuted. It is the D.C. System of protecting its own at work.

We haven’t had a “Justice System” for 50+ years.

We have a very badly-broken “Legal System”, that just doesn’t work, most of the time.

The law enforcement/legal justice system very often deters true criminals from doing any more harm. We need a system that works and that is fair.

However, that same system is too tempting for corrupt politicians. They can’t resist the temptation to use the awesome power available to the system for their own ends.

The law enforcement/legal justice system has the power to detain, handcuff, arrest, put in jail, and use deadly force. This power must be used fairly, or the country is no better than a two-bit Central American dictatorship.

Bammy and the democrats see nothing wrong with using law enforcement against their enemies, and they have done so. For this crime, the punishment should be life in prison. Obviously this will never be carried out.

Ann, I’ve been saying that for years. We need to get more men in the Republican party with courage and fewer lawyers, as lawyers only want to make laws.

The existence of more than one justice system is evidence that corrupt federal and state governments are effectively establishing protected / privileged classes which the Founding States expressly constitutionally prohibited both the federal and state governments from doing.

The remedy for post-17th Amendment ratification, constitutionally failed federal and state governments …

Patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will not only promise to support PDJT’s vision for MAGA, but will also do the following.

New patriot lawmakers also need to promise to do their constitutional duty to make punitive laws to discourage state actors in both federal and state government from effectively establishing protected / privileged classes.

Remember in November 2020!

MAGA! Now KAG! (Keep America Great!)

Don’t blame Obama exclusively. The Deep State has been under construction for almost a century. No member of the Deep State will go to jail. Jeffrey Epstein has naughty videos of dozens of congressmen and senators. They put him in a cell with a bodybuilder facing the death penalty. Do not challenge the Deep State. It can kill you.

I still will believe that the members of the coup will be prosecuted when I see it. And we will see how things go from here. If I had to bet, I, based on what I have seen, would bet that there will be no prosecutions. Time will tell. A lot of us and there will be more as time goes on are tired of of getting our heads pissed on and being told it is rain. There is not a hell of a lot we can do about it, but not like it. But we can do that.

Federal crimes dont require intent. That’s how those filthy DoJ prosecutors convict so many otherwise lawabiding citizens.

Barr is now revealed as a Deep Stater.
