Los Angeles County has too many voters. An estimated 1.6 million, according to the latest calculations – which is roughly the population of Philadelphia. That’s the difference between the number of people on the county’s voter rolls and the actual number of voting age residents.
This means that L.A. is in violation of federal law, which seeks to limit fraud by requiring basic voter list maintenance to make sure that people who have died, moved, or are otherwise ineligible to vote aren’t still on the rolls.
Los Angeles County has made only minimal efforts to clean up its voter rolls for decades. It began sending notices to those 1.6 million people last month to settle a lawsuit brought by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch.
Los Angeles County may be California’s worst offender, but 10 of the state’s 58 counties also have registration rates exceeding 100% of the voting age population. In fact, the voter registration rate for the entire state of California is 101%.
And the Golden State isn’t alone. Eight states, as well as the District of Columbia, have total voter registration tallies exceeding 100%, and in total, 38 states have counties where voter registration rates exceed 100%. Another state that stands out is Kentucky, where the voter registration rate in 48 of its 120 counties exceeded 100% last year. About 15% of America’s counties where there is reliable voter data – that is, over 400 counties out of 2,800 – have voter registration rates over 100%.

Stopping Dem operatives going around to Dem Districts with blank ballots, asking ‘are you registered to vote?’, but not asking if a person is ELIGIBLE TO VOTE! Then registering them and giving them a ballot and ‘helping them’ vote.

What can be done after the fact, when there is evidence of cheating? Do you know what the government says about this?
My mother was an election judge for a few years about 20 years ago. She wanted to clean up the list. At that time, a family member had to send a death certificate to the county in order for the name to be removed. My mother’s answer was that the oldest person in the world was not as old as the registered voters she wanted to purge. They had to be dead or it would be major news around the world. She cleaned up the list. My mom rocked.
I certainly hope the answer is not “no one”. Voter fraud is probably one of the biggest challenges we face and the Republican Party is each state must be prodded to take action.

Of course we know why dems oppose it, they pad the voter rolls to dump ballots and/or bus in/bring in folks to vote under names, fill out ballots for ‘family’ memmbers in nursing homes or are dead or are away in school and they vote in two different states for federal elections.
And so keeping these voter rolls with invalids they want the popular vote because they are manipulating it to their own ends.
It’s legal in California and now in other states. I sure hope the republicans plan to match the democrats with ballot harvesting in 2020.
Every 4 years on the day after inauguration clear the voter rolls.

Yep. Just look at Arizona. Adrian Fontes replaced the Republican Maricopa County Recorder and was accepting absentee ballots where the signatures didn’t match. He said to ‘call the number and ask if they voted. If they say yes, count the vote’. No matter who answered the phone. They do the ‘curing’ of absentee ballots that way in the Tucson District, too. The two most Dem counties in AZ. For the first time in decades, we have a Dem Senator, the first PROUDLY BISEXUAL member of the House (when she won a gerrymandered District in 2012), and look for Fontes, et al, to cheat another Dem into the Senate in 2020.
Fontes was sponsored by ‘Our Revolution’......I believe that is a Soros front group. Cheating abounds and NO ONE does anything about it.....not even the Republican Governor of Arizona.
