John Roberts just PROVED Trump’s point: The Supreme Court IS politicized

The SCOTUS is supposed to represent a check on the executive and legislative branches by determining if cases before them are within existing law and if that law is constitutional. In this case they said yes it's legal and yes its constitutional BUT we don't like their reasons so they cannot do it.

That's not a check, that's judicial supremacy. I would be 100% supportive if Trump said "it's legal, it's constitutional, beyond that you don't get a vote. Put the question on." But he won't do it. because in spite of all the leftists saying he is a dictator worse than Hitler, he never bucks the courts at any level.

Great news! He exceeded authority but constitutionality still good. Trump can issue an EO to include it. Done deal!

The decision said he did NOT exceed his authority. That he provided valid, legitimate reasons, and the reasons were logically sound.

Then Roberts said he wasn’t going to allow it because he didn’t want to.

This is the worst decision Bush made - bar none.

Can Chief Justice be rescinded, and passed to someone else? Thomas would be fantastic.
