Parents Outraged After Teacher Pulls Kid from Recess to Give ‘Transgender Lessons’
Chocks on the Right ^ | 5/14/19 | Ashley Kimber

Ok – this is pretty messed up.

A second-grade boy asked if he could use the teacher’s restroom, as he was having stomach issues and was nervous to use the boy’s room at risk of being mocked.

His teacher figured this CLEARLY meant he was transgender and took it upon herself to give that kid lessons on gender identity during his recess period.

I kid you not.

According to Fox 40:

Parents in Woodburn said their 8-year-old son was held back from recess multiple times for one-on-one conversations about his gender identity – and they had no idea.

The mother and father in Woodburn are now suing a school district for nearly a million dollars after they say a second-grade teacher singled out their son by asking him if he was transgender. The parents say the teacher had inappropriate conversations with the child at school without their permission.

To protect their son’s privacy, the parents are not sharing their identity.

I WOULD RAGE.

The eight-year-old, confused by what the teacher talked to him about, is not having a hard time coming to terms with what he “learned.”

“He feels different now, he feels confused. To hear your son say that…on a couch talking to a therapist, holding back tears – it’s very heartbreaking,” said the mother.

Imagine an 8-year-old boy being pulled out of recess to have “transgender talks” with his teacher. I’m sure he was wildly confused.

The parents say they want to shine a light on secret lessons they claim were taking place at Nellie Muir Elementary School.

“She should have notified us if that was the case, if he did say he felt like a girl,” said the boy’s father.

The parents said the teacher asked their son if he thought he was a girl multiple times. They say the teacher held the boy back from recess several times to watch videos and read books about being transgender. The parents say the teacher got those materials from one of her transgender friends. The parents say they had no idea these conversations were taking place in April of 2018.

They had NO IDEA this was happening until his mom found a book in his backpack.

“He came home Friday with the books in his backpack,” the mother said.

The parents say this all started when their son started using the staff restroom because of a stomach problem. They say their son was uncomfortable using the boy’s bathroom because of his medical condition. However, they believe the teacher assumed their son was uncomfortable because he was transgender.

The “lessons” apparently inflicted some legitimate damage on the entire family:

The mother says her son was left confused and hurt after being singled out. Now, a year later, the 9-year-old is taking anxiety medication and going to therapy, according to his parents. The family says the boy’s confusion and emotional distress has also affected the entire family. The father says he’s suffering from panic attacks and the mother says she’s now on medical leave, suffering from anxiety and depression, and staying home from work.

“He can be whatever he wants, I don’t care what he is. I just want him to be my happy son and I feel like she messed that up. It frustrates me that my son can be influenced that drastically, and nothing be done about it they just wanted to sweep it under the rug,” said the father.

The parents say the teacher still works at the school.

This, despite the fact that the school is entirely aware of what the teacher did:

In May of 2018, the school sent out a letter. In part, it states that evidence was found that the teacher did pull the student from regular school activities, shared potentially controversial materials with the student and discussed gender identity without parents’ notification.

The lawsuit filed by the parents accuses the school district of negligence, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

This is absolutely unforgivable.

UMMM, maybe the kid wanted privacy because he was embarrassed that he may do the "technicolor yawn" in front of his classmates? TruTV needs a new show, World's Dumbest Teachers and School Administrators. There's more than enough material to keep Danny Bonaduce, Loni Love and Tonya Harding employed for life.

Scoop is wrong but the parents are crazy too. Panic attacks? Out on medical leave? I can’t imagine how weak the family was to begin with. My wife and I would be upset and raise hell but no health situations.

PS: May the parents get rich and the teacher be fired and personally sued into bankruptcy.

Though I’m sorry to hear this happened to this boy, I think the parents are not well adjusted or flat out lying about their symptoms - this sounds too over the top fake::
from the article::

Posing for the cameras, or for the jury pool. Or, to bluff their way into a settlement without the hassle of a trial.

That being said, the school is way in the wrong. Teacher needs to go.

In the past, that would have been me. However, in today's times, I'd claim anything I could to increase the amount of the lawsuit they will have to pay.

Teacher needs to be knocked down, and then horse whipped until she is begging for her life.

The so-called teacher should be fired.

If the school hasn’t fired her, then the school is complicit.

well the thing is, here is a young kid- having his whole world view rocked by the insanity of trangenderism being forced on him by what was likely an angry lesbian teacher accusing him when he did nothing wrong- and he was likely a nervous kid to begin with with bowel embarrassing problems no doubt- and to have a teacher confuse the heck out of him would likely be upsetting to him - now if he was in his late teens, then yeah- he would be a snowflake-

but yeah, the parents are screwed up snowflakes who apparently don’t care if their kid wants to pretend to be a female

“The father says he’s suffering from panic attacks and the mother says she’s now on medical leave, suffering from anxiety and depression, and staying home from work.

“He can be whatever he wants, I don’t care what he is.”

sick!

“This Garbage Needs to Stop!”

It does, but it won’t — not until people start pulling their kids out of public school. Every kid’s ass sitting in a school chair is money for the school district.

I’m about tired of parents whining about this crap when they send them to public school. Fix the problem through the district, home-school kids, enroll them in Christian schools, or don’t have children until you can do those things.

I think I’d have a panic attack too because you know damn well these parents are up against the local liberals, media and social media. They did not ask for this and now they will have vicious libs go after them because they don’t want their kid to be transgender.

You know what, we pay our damn taxes and have the right to send our kids to these schools without harassment. You never know about whether or not a school is bad until something like this happens. And why should we continually have to run scared because of some damn fruitcakes. The libs are at fault, they are the ones who should be pulling their kids out or move, not us!!!!!!

It’s a public school, they answer to the GOVERNMENT, which is who pays them [doesn’t matter how they get their money], and so the ONLY people with standing to object are people associated with the government - and I don’t see many articles to that effect.

The ‘parents’, as they see themselves, are nothing more than day-care workers to their government masters, who control the kids for the vast majority of their waking hours.

Parents, of course, do have other options in this country [for now], but most aren’t willing to make the sacrifices needed to exercise them.

My son refused to poop at school and would hold it until he got home. It often resulted in nausea. Had to talk him through it on many occasions. Luckily we go to a private school and can avoid perverted teaching.
