Former US Attorney Joe diGenova joined former Governor Mike Huckabee and Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani Wednesday night on The Ingraham Angle. DiGenova told the panel a solo report on James Comey coming out in about two weeks. DiGenova says the report will contain criminal referrals.
DiGenova also said the only hero in all of the cabal is Admiral Mike Rogers who not only slipped into the Trump tower after the election, and told Trump the truth, but he’d gone to the FISA Court and told them who the culprits were and to stop the madness.

Joe diGenova: This is pretty simple stuff for career prosecutors like Rudy and myself. It has been evident since day one that there has been a brazen plot to exonerate Hillary Clinton illegally and then if she lost the election, to frame Donald Trump. This dossier was a knowing part of that. It was created by Hillary Clinton. It was created knowingly by John Brennan as part of a scheme to do everything they could to harm Donald Trump. The problem for Brennan and Clapper and Comey and Baker and all of them now is the FISA Court has already communicated with the Justice Department about its findings. And their findings are that for more than four years before the election of Donald Trump there was an illegal spying operation going on by FBI contractors, four of them, to steal information on Americans and to use it against the Republican Party. There are going to be indictments. There are going to be grand juries. John Brennan is not going to need one lawyer. He’s going to need five.
As if that was not enough red meat — Digenova then dropped this bomb:
DiGenova: The Horowitz report is coming out in May or early June. There’s another report that everyone has forgotten about involving James Comey alone. That will be out in two weeks. That report is going to be a bombshell. It is going to open up the investigation on a very high note and there are going to be criminal referrals in it.
These bold statements will make or break Joe diGenova. We will see in two weeks.

Some Big Questions:
Are the four “contractors” individuals or companies?
Names?
Who did they spy on and when, item by item?
What type of query for each?
Who started this domestic spying for political purposes? When?
Who knowingly allowed it?
I don’t know the statute that governs this, but suspect that the potential cumulative jail time will be enormous. We could be talking the first “millennial” sentence.
For some reason, I have a vision in my head of that of a broom and a rug.

The name “John McCain” will be mentioned frequently in these reports and will be used by both Comey and Brennan in their defense.

By when a person none other than the reputable war hero,former Republican Presidential candidate John McCain delivered it to us and told us it was authentic, we as responsible senior Federal officials caring only for the security of the United States did what was thought necessary. There was no “plot” against Mr. Trump.”
Hopefully there is hard evidence documenting their vile and sinister actions meant to rig a Presidential election and then attempt a duly elected President from taking office and governing. Brennan, Comey and clapper are not stupid and no doubt scrubbed their computers and communications to protect themselves. However as it usually occurs in these things, one or all of them probably overlooked some incriminating evidence and one or all of them will talk freely to avoid hard time.
Be careful... Could be fake news. Until it happens don’t fully believe anything.

Incidentally, last night on CNN, Chris Cuomo, had former Attorney General, Michael Mukasey, who was clearly perturbed over the half-truths written in the Mueller Report about when the spying started and by whom.
