What makes this presentation unique?

What makes this presentation worthwhile?

What do I get here that I can’t get elsewhere, with sources?

Are you ashamed of your blog? Is that why you excerpt it?

THE TOTAL NUMBER OF US SOLIDERS REMAINING IN SYRIA WAS INCREASED TO 400 ON FRIDAY.

AFTER THE INITIAL ANNOUNCEMENT BY THE WHITE HOUSE PRESS SECRETARY SARAH SANDERS THURSDAY, THE MEDIA WAS TOLD 200.

BUT ON FRIDAY THE NUMBER WAS INCREASED IN THE INFORMATION PARCELED OUT TO THE MEDIA.

Selling Turkey on the plan is important and the Turkish Defense Minister was at the Pentagon on Friday. President Trump told Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan that the troops would remain on Thursday in a phone call.

The troops are being called “peacekeepers” and “observers” but will be “combat ready” and are part of a broader force of perhaps 1500 soldiers from various nations that will be in the northeast Kurdish region but also in the south at Al-Tanf.

President Trump denied to reporters on Friday that he was doing a reversal on his previous announcement of a troop withdrawal from Syria.

Two were killed and others wounded Friday when forces loyal to Nicolas Maduro opened fire on civilians trying to keep with border with Brazil open after he ordered it shut down to prevent humanitarian aid from coming across.

Interim President Juan Guaido made it across the border into Colombia for the “Venezuela Live Aid” concert Friday. He was side by side with Colombia’s president and the presidents of Chile and Paraguay. Today he plans to accompany relief aid in but as midnight arrived the Maduro government announced a “temporary” closure of the Colombian border.

Three cabinet ministers in Theresa May’s Conservative Party government warning against a “No-Deal” Brexit. Greg Clark, Amber Rudd and David Gauke told the pro-Conservative Party “Daily Mail” say they will not support a No-Deal Brexit even if Prime Minister Theresa May wants it. They will vote to delay Brexit.

The owner of the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots, Robert Kraft, is charged in a prostitution sting operation in Florida.

He is accused of twice soliciting for prostitution on a hidden camera, both misdemeanor charges. A warrant will be issued and his lawyers notified.

A statement on behalf of Mr. Kraft says he is innocent and that there will no further comment on the matter. Kraft could be subject to NFL discipline.

Singer R. Kelly turning himself Friday night to face sex abuse charges. A bail hearing set for later today.

Jussie Smollett suspended from the “Empire” TV series following his arrest on fabricating a “hate crime”

A state of emergency declared in Sudan Friday by President Omar al-Bashir after months of “Arab spring” style protest in his country.

Bashir dismissed the federal government.

He appointed members of the police and military to replace governors of the provinces.

Protesters in the streets met by tear gas after his announcement.

Bashir did ask for postponement of constitutional amendments that would have allowed him to run for another term.

Israel’s acting foreign minister, appointed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, reiterated his comments on Polish collaboration with Nazis.

“I, as a son of Holocaust survivors....have to tell the truth”

the words from Israel Katz, who had previously said that Poles collaborated with the Nazis and:

“suckled anti-Semitism with their mothers milk”

The Polish Prime Minister pulled out of a planned summit in Israel this week after those comments and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called on Katz to apologize.

Iran is complying with the 2015 nuclear deal. That’s the word from the International Atomic Energy Agency. The United States has withdrawn from the agreement since President Trump took office.

President Trump said the agreement was an “embarrassment” and imposed sanctions on Iran as a follow up to the withdrawal.

President Trump has nominated US Ambassador to Canada Kelly Knight Craft to be US Ambassador the United Nations. She will replace Heather Nauert, State Department spokesperson, who withdrew from nomination to the post last weekend. Craft is married to a coal mine owner who is a major political contributor.

President Trump says he will “probably” meet Chinese President Xi Jinping in March to work on details of a trade deal between the US and China. Meanwhile the trade talks set to end Friday continue into overtime this weekend with US and Chinese negotiators truing to reach an agreement.

And one last thing, you’ve been teased all week about the notion of a Robert Mueller Special Counsel report coming out next week.

Word this morning from a Justice Department source that it will not be happening.

And that’s the way it really is this Saturday morning February 23rd, 2019.
