Also do not have a problem with declaring a national emergency— on the basis of chi-com produced, mexico-transiting fentanyl and human trafficking performed by the Drug Cartels and criminal Mexican authorities on the take.
Declare it as so. Fund and build the wall anyway. And, the declaration of a National Emergency (in a time of War, which is still legally in Place) and also activates and enforces ALL Executive Orders as pertain to the “Profiting off Human Rights Abuses”.
To Wit: all parties so profiting are indicted and tried in Military Tribunals. Just as FDR tried the Nazi infiltrators to the US— and hanged them, or, as FDR and CA Chief Justice at the time, Earl Warren (an FDR man if there ever was one) rounded up Japanese Americans and put them in camps— also seized and never returned their titled lands. We are at war— Carry it on, and in so doing remove the pestilence of Schumer, Pelosi, Schiff, the Clintons, obamaumao and his entire holdover downline and gang members.
Or, would that freak out the “street people” and their national Party— the demonrats?
Our southern border invaders would take cutters and torch to that in a thousand places in the first week.
You have to remember as well that Democrats have passed and declared vast areas as Preserves preventing motorized patrol. That is pretty hard to defend with horseback patrol.

If President Trump starts the wall now, it's still a win. Friday was supposed to be the end of negotiations. If he waits any longer, he'll never be re-elected, and the dems will be able to nominate whomever they want.
Do I interpret correctly that only 1 1/8 billion goes to our own hemisphere -- and none of that goes to Mexico?
I find that to be surprising -- and a seeming explanation of why we have so little leverage toward stopping the criminal invader onslaught...
