Ilhan Omar will probably have immunity under the speech and debate clause of the US Constitution as she us a newly minted Congresswoman.

I think that only covers utterances made on the floor of the House.

I hope you are right. It is far past time for someone to be taken out back for doing this crap.

Jail time is the only thing that will finally get the point across to these vermin.

Thank God push back time is finally here. Next comes the Yellow Vests in DC!! It’s Karma time.

Marxist Liberals and GOP Elites pushed too far, too long, and pissed off too many millions of people.

“My gut tells me that the lead attorney in this smells blood in the water. And he is evidently a Big Shark”

Any and all settlements reached will simply allow the offending enemy propagandists to claim victory for having successfully paid for their advertising against Trump and America, without having to issue a real apology and admit guilt afterward.

Great to see that he has a top libel lawyer. This is an important case, not only for the kid(s) involved, but to send a message in this current environment of “attack for political/social points”, just because it supports your beliefs or agenda.

The media clowns should be penalized for this obvious deviation from their so called professional ethics (lol). Perhaps some massive penalties will help send a corrective message, though I wonder if they’re too poisoned to accept the lesson.

This is a Kentucky specific law their suit under sport. The George Mason case was under different jurisdiction. But thanks for playing

““When there is a defamation and libel of private citizens, particularly minors, then the legal standard goes way down,” Barnes said. “So you no longer have to prove actual malice or malevolent intent. All you have to prove is that a false statement was made — or in Kentucky, the law is even broader, ‘an unflattering impression given and a person’s impression in a false light’ — and otherwise … that it just be negligent to do so.”

And you can bet they will bring the charges in Kentucky. Imagine what a local jury will feel about this.”

i don’t see how the defendants won’t force this be moved into Federal court since the defamation occurred between parties in different states ..
