It’s one thing to post a vanity.
It’s an entirely different matter when somebody posts a vanity on their blog site and uses FR as free advertising to run up their hit count.
With CNN in particular, I figured out they were anti-American hate propagandists back during the Gulf War.

He’s turned out to be better at playing politics than the professional assh*les that suck off the taxpayer all their lives. He plays them and their media lackeys like a fiddle, and they’re too stupid to know it.
It is really enjoyable to watch... it would be more so if the stakes for Our Country weren’t so high, but nonetheless, it’s way past time for some payback on them, and they are losing their minds trying to deal with it.
This is what we get when we have a street fighter instead of a democrat doormat for President, and it’s wonderful to see.

Anyone remember the good old days when news media actually *verified* stories before putting them on the air? I do. You see/hear a story, you place phone calls with *your* sources to verify the story and maybe your sources call *their* sources to see if they can verify the story. Not until you independently verify the story do you actually put it on the air.
Now, any bozo with a website posts a story and the media, if they want it to be true, immediately start a flash fire of rumor and gossip because truth isn’t as important to them as getting out the narrative.
The legacy media have so thoroughly abdicated their role of unbiased journalists that they are no more credible than the crank at the end of the street. It’s truly, truly sad because this was once, decades ago, a fairly honorable profession.
As soon as the news came out last night, I went straight to CNN. Haven’t paid attention to it for some time but wasn’t about to miss the fun at watching unmitigated butthurt... and I wasn’t disappointed. Listening to Toobin was one of the highlights...
Congratulations! I left a CBS local news operation in 1970 for essentially the same reason, plus other factors (some were already "open" in their anti-Americanism).
My reason for keeping quiet about such anti-American propaganda was my position as a Navy reserve public affairs officer. I took off almost three years of reserve service to support the "Reagan Revolution," to avoid the conflict of interest.
