Yup. Paranoia is a known outcome
I think the clerk is sipping the same douche water as half the legislature and Roberts.
Ah, I take it for tremors.
It actually works but unfortunately there is NO HIGH.
Your link is based on a totally different set of circumstances. Wearing a gun in a store COULD make other customers uncomfortable and since, in your example, it appears the person asking the question is not a protected class, he could be asked to leave.
However, I think the problem with this scenario is the clerk refused him service based on HIS PERSONAL political beliefs, not on store policy which may change the equation. I am not an attorney, but unless there is store policy against waiting on Trump supporters, the guy acted outside the scope of being an “agent” of the owner.
There is some validity to that but the dude who was screaming had already compromised himself by assaulting the customer.
The guy filming opens up the video (before the assault) by saying he was already asked to leave.
That’s the first thing my 21 year old son pointed out!! Hahaha! I’m so proud of him!
It’s at 376 views. I have a feeling it’s gunna be a lot more by morning. Or maybe Youtube will just stop counting.
I thought the Trump guy was remarkably restrained and level-headed. But he didn’t back down.
You should be banned. Zotted.
That employee must go to the same anger management school as Alex Baldwin.
That video is worth several hilarious watches!
I told you I was charging. $20 to Free Republic for your lesson. Did you read all of the attorney’s answers? Obviously not. Read them again. The simple, conservative principle is that it’s private property. And you can be asked to leave for almost anything unless you are a protected class.
(I don’t practice but I did go to law school. make sure you send your donation)
No, don’t point me to a website.
I want you to explain in simple terms without the jiggery-pokery legal mumbo jumbo, upon what basis was this particular twatwaffle had to kick that guy out of a store.
I hate autocorrect.
Really, unless a person is disruptive, there is no reason to eject them from your establishment. The "private property" mantra is a canard.
He’s a f****** store clerk. He doesn’t have authority to blow his own nose. I’d tell him to F*** off until the owner got on site. What, are you a sheeple?
I want you to explain in simple terms...
IT’S CALLED PRIVATE PROPERTY!!! THE EMPLOYEE’S A DICK BUT HE IS THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THAT PROPERTY AND HAS EVERY RIGHT TO TELL THE GUY TO LEAVE AS LONG AS THE GUY IS NOT IN A PROTECTED CLASS.
Oh, and send $20 to FR. I do practice. 38 years.
Sorry, but I did read all the answers from attorneys who were responding to the initial question of “Can I be asked to leave a shop where a sign is posted banning a customer from wearing a firearm”.
Please tell me how that applies to this situation? While it is private property, there has to be a reason for the clerk to ask someone to leave other than HIS OWN POLITICAL VIEWS.
